中国三江精细化工有限公司（股票代码：HK2198），公司成立于2003年9月，旗下拥有三江化工有限公司及嘉兴永明石化有限公司是，注册资金为22745万美元，占地面积为600亩，公司现有员工490余人。2012年公司工业实现总产值：24亿元；净利润：4.6亿元；上缴税金：5.1亿元

    公司目前已建成引进美国科学设计公司（SD）公司专利技术的环氧乙烷装置四套，年生产28万吨/年环氧乙烷（EO），引进德国TGE公司技术建设的20000Nm3低温乙烯贮存装置二套。建有20万吨/年非离子表面活性剂装置，6000Nm3/h空分装置二套，4000Nm3/h氮气液化装置二套，5万吨/年二氧化碳装置及公用配套设施。

    三江化工有限公司与韩国Honam石油化学株式会社合资项目10万吨EO/年和配套的18000Nm3/h空分装置已于2012年9月28日投料开车。

    公司投资建设的甲醇制烯烃项目（MTO）180万吨/年项目（浙江兴兴新能源有限公司）于2012年10月18日举行了开工奠基仪式，目前已进入土建施工阶段。浙江三江化工新材料有限公司 38万吨EO/EG/年项目，长周期设备已开始采购招标，预计2014年年底投产。新建的20万吨/年表面活性剂项目也已开工建设，预计在今年6月建成。

(Stock Code: HK2198) was set up in September, 2003 with registered capital of 22.745 million US dollars and a site area of 600 Chinese acres. It owns Jiaxing Sanjiang Chemical Co.Ltd and Jiaxing Yongming Petrochemical Co.Ltd with the number of its employees now reaching 490.

Our company has built three ethylene oxide plants using the patent technology of Scientific Design Company INC from America，the aggregate annual production capacity of the plants being 180,000MT. We also have built two cryogenic ethylene storage tanks of 20,000 Nm3 using the technology of German TGE Corporation, a nonionic surfactant plant with an annual capacity of 200,000MT, two air-separation plants of 6,000 Nm3/h, two liquid nitrogen plants of 4,000 Nm3/h, a carbon dioxide plant with an annual capacity of 50,000 MT and the supporting utilities.

The ethylene oxide plant with an annual capacity of 100,000 MT and the supporting air-separation plant of 18,000 Nm3/h in which we jointly invested with Korean Honam Petrochemical Corporation have finishied。We have started the construction and invitation for equipment bidding of the fifth ethylene oxide plant with an annual capacity of 100,000MT. In addition, our MTO project with an annual capacity of 1,800,000MT has entered the stage of detailed engineering design.

Our company is located in Jiaxing Port Area Economic Development Zone, Jiaxing of Zhejiang Province and is in close proximity to the Port of Zhaupu which is a national first class open port for international trade thus has a definite geographical advantage. It is also adjacent to Hangzhou Bay, close to Cross-Ocean Bridge, Zha-Jia-Su area, Shanghai-Hangzhou area, Hangzhou-Pudong highway and 01 provincial road, and only one hour's drive from Ningbo,Suzhou, Hangzhou and Shanghai, boasting convenient transportation.
